Our mission is to accelerate the growth of life-science innovators in Philadelphia by providing world-class, flexible, scalable lab infrastructure, essential shared resources, expert support, and a collaborative community where founders and their teams can focus on discovery and innovation that transforms scientific breakthroughs into value creation and real-world impact.

The B+labs flagship location in Philadelphia comprises 50,000SF of plug-and-play lab and office space over two floors as well as an additional 50,000SF of "Grad Labs" at the Cira Centre.

B+labs was built by Philadelphia-HQ’d Brandywine Real Estate Investment Trust, is managed by the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center (PABC), and operates under Philadelphia-rooted staff.
